Dynamic Duo TCs offer transaction coordination services for agents representing both buyers and sellers.

Dynamic Duo TCs are not able to order anything that requires pre-payment such as inspections and HOA documents.

Dynamic Duo TCs are not able to advise your clients in any capacity. We will refer your clients back to you for questions.

Additionally, we cannot assist any unrepresented buyers or sellers with transaction coordination.

Great question! You will need to:

• Help your clients complete the disclosure packet
• Review the preliminary title report
• Review HOA documents
• Order and schedule inspections
• Complete your AVID
• Provide exact wording for any addenda you request us to prepare

Depending upon your brokerage, we will need the following logins to assist with your transactions:

• Broker Management System
• DocuSign
• ZipForms

In addition, we will request to work on your behalf in the Glide and HomeLight plateforms.
