About Us

Toni has been in the real estate industry for the past 28 years, first as a transaction coordinator/assistant and then decided to obtain her real estate license in 2006 after her children graduated high school.  Being a transaction coordinator has always been her passion so she  started a business with her partner earlier this year.  Her knowledge of the CAR contract and disclosures, attention to detail, strong work ethic, organizational skills and self- motivation help her in creating a stress free and smooth transaction for all parties.

When not working, Toni can be found hiking the Auburn hills, spending time with her family, friends, pug, Ollie, going to her favorite, local winery and most importantly hanging out with her grandbaby, Emily.

Having been a real estate agent and broker for over a decade, Joanne realized her favorite part of the job was actually the paperwork and became a transaction coordinator! Her core values of integrity and honesty, combined with an unparalleled attention to detail make her a true asset to her colleagues and clients.

Joanne is often described as passionate, easily approachable, always reliable and hyper- organized. An avid traveler, she counts South Africa, Croatia and Iceland among her favorite destinations. Next up? Antarctica!
